RETURN POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped or produced. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days after product delivery.
For products affected by quality issues, we offer a return and exchange service free of charge within one year of purchase, along with lifetime online support.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.

Exceptions
Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund period.
If a return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than product quality, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The fee depends on the courier service chosen.
Should the return be due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
